Our slow bolt Arugula is everything you want in a sassy, spicy microgreen. Perfect to accent a dish with just a touch of kick or mix in with your salad!

We can grow out Arugula to it's first set of true leaves, however we've found that bold taste to soften the older Arugula grows out.
